Job Description

• We have a unique work environment where you're trained to work every position in the restaurant. From the register to the grill, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant.

Five Guys is now hiring Crew Members to join our restaurant team. As a part of the Crew you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

• Takes orders and serves/prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously

• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures

• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her actions

• Work well with team members during shifts

• Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude

• Previous experience in fast food is a plus!

• PT/FT availability (we hire teens)
