RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures to Crew Members.
• Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate.
• Monitors tasks performed by Crew Members to ensure product Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Performs and monitors tasks in a manner to support total store “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy”.
• Executes established cost control systems.
• Assigns and monitors tasks and duties to Crew Members to maximize efficiency.
• As directed, assists in training and cross training in positional skills.
• Assists in training Crew Members on new products or procedures as requested.
• Executes Company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.
• Maintains safe working conditions by following all safety, security and maintenance policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Must perform basic mathematics
• Must be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift and lift 20 -50 lbs.
• Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Willing to work normal schedule of 40 hours per week (including nights, weekends and some holidays)
• Strong communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
• Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
