Restaurant Servers

Los Cabos Mexican Grill and Cantina is looking to hire quality servers for the upcoming Outdoor Cabana Season, where will be featuring outdoor dining along with live music.

We are an Upscale Casual Restaurant with a Scratch Kitchen and Signature Margaritas.

Applicants must be able to:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
