Job Purpose
This position performs tasks associated with the operation of Muni’s Sports Grille.
Essential Duties
These job functions are the essential duties of the position and are not all-inclusive of all the duties the incumbent may be assigned.
This position is responsible for serving and preparing food and beverage items in accordance to standards set by the Food and Beverage Manager; maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and taking and delivering food orders; Overall cleaning of all clubhouse work and customer areas, including the rest rooms. Careful operation of cash register, point of sale and credit card machines for accurate accounting; Must be able to multitask in an orderly fashion. Position also responsible for beverage cart service and beer and wine service. The position may also be responsible for checking refrigerators and freezers for inventory control and proper operation; remove garbage as necessary and keep surrounding areas clean and free of litter.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Serving methods, ingredients, and equipment
- General credit card, tip, cash management Customer service and restaurant operations
License and/or Certificate Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record at the time of hire and have the ability to obtain a valid MT driver’s license within six months of hire. Must possess a current Serve Safe Certification or able to obtain within 6 months of hire. Must attain safe server and alcohol server card within 60 days of hire.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Training):
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of food service, beer and wine service, and or catering experience. Other relevant combinations of education and work experience may be evaluated on an individual basis.
