Restaurant seeking BOH staff for high end cuisine

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Back of House Team Members to join our team. Currently seeking line cooks, prep and dishwashers. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent food service to our customers.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
