We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations of our club. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all club activities and providing exceptional customer service to our members. ```Duties:```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee banquet and catering events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly
- Utilize POS systems to process payments and manage member accounts
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing training and guidance as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food handling practices throughout the club
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus and ensure quality food service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new members and promote club events
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and event planning
- Proficiency in POS systems for payment processing and member account management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the food industry
- Food handling certification is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
