Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Ratings:
- Previous experience in a supervisory position in the food industry.
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Mastery of the use of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Note: Bartending experience is a plus, but not necessary for this position, bilingual is required.
