Job Description

Your Focus:

• Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that feels like home for both guests and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• People-Centric Leadership: Build, coach, and motivate a team of diverse individuals, creating a strong, tight-knit family atmosphere. Approach training with energy, accountability and detail. Support their growth and happiness as we work together to create unforgettable dining experiences.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a keen eye for detail. From achieving sales goals, managing inventory, expenses, and maintaining cleanliness to optimizing service flow. Your organizational skills will keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Guest Delight: Strive to exceed guest expectations at every turn. Your warm smile and welcoming presence will set the tone, ensuring everyone feels like part of our family.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of restaurant experience, and 3 years of management restaurant experience.
• A natural love for people, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to make everyone feel like they've found their home away from home.
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking skills to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
