```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability. - Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency. - Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation. - Train and mentor staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. ```Skills``` - Hotel or hospitality experience preferred. - Strong food service management skills with a focus on quality and efficiency. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages. - Experience in kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols. - Ability to effectively manage shifts and coordinate staff schedules. - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interview, hire, train, and motivate a diverse team. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
