Responsibilities:

-This is a working Manager Position that is will to learn and fill all roles in the restarant.

-This will give you the skills to own your own restarant or grow with profit share ..

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Manage and train staff members, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery to customers

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the availability of necessary supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in interviewing, training, and managing staff members

- Familiarity with bartending and food service management is a plus
