We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager for a successful restaurant near the downtown Phoenix area.This beloved concept is family-owned and is a local hot-spot with a reputation for delivering scratch-made food and great service throughout their restaurants and community. The restaurant prides itself on being led/managed by ownership that is truly dedicated to the guest and to the team. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who generates success by creating exceptional experiences for their guests.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus, health care stipend, PTO, and a very respectable work-life balance!
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Strong reliability and timeliness
• Ability to manage/develop/train staff
• Proven leadership qualities and extreme guest-focused hospitality
