Restaurant Staff
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Manager to lead our team. You will be responsible for the development of a business plan and how it will affect our customers and staff. Your goal will be to ensure customers have a good experience and that the business runs smoothly, making profitable decisions and meeting financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s business plan
- Lead your team in providing excellent food and service
- Interview employees and customers to identify their preferences
- Learn about customers’ meals and make recommendations
- Make restaurant visits to check on customer feedback and concerns
- Review sales data and analyze performance against goals
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in the restaurant industry
- Develop policies and provide guidance to your team on food preparation, customer service and overall operation of the business
- Have fun while helping our target market have a good experience
Customer Service * Greet customers in a polite manner, while ensuring their satisfaction
- Process orders in a timely manner, as assigned by the General Manager
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and promote a positive work environment for all team members
- Ensure all work related issues are addressed by management in the event of problems
- Help train new employees during training sessions or as directed by General Manager
- Conduct food demos to educate customers about nutrition, food preparation and service practices, when necessary to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of food items
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
