Title of Position:RestaurantGeneral Manager

Job Description: The General Manager should fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Additionally, theRestaurantGeneral Manager should ensureall guests feel thetrue meaning of hospitalityand are given responsive,graciousand considerate service at all times. It falls on the General Manager to ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes, portioning,cookingand serving standards. A professionalRestaurantGeneral Manager will also be able to make employment and termination decisions, continuallyendeavoring to develop staffin all areas of professional development. We are looking fora trustworthy candidateable to control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
