Restaurant General Manager

North Texas Bells is looking for a Restaurant General Manager. Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service industry or restaurant environment
• Must pass background check
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and adhere to food service safety standards
• Control day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering food and supplies, managing labor and food cost
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members
• Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
• Manage 15-25 employees
