Position Overview:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the success and profitability of your assigned restaurant location. You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of professionals and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
Here's what your role entails:
- People Development: As a leader, you'll have the ability to hire, train, coach, and develop the right talent for your restaurant.
- Guest Experience: Upholding the highest standards of food quality and guest service is paramount.
- Financial Management: Understanding sales growth, cost management, and profit growth are essential components of your role. You'll review financial information regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive profitability.
- Kitchen Management: You'll oversee kitchen operations to ensure food safety, maintain product inventory, and guarantee that everything is prepared at the highest level of quality.
- Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and applying knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices. You'll ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, creating a safe and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Manager experience in high-volume locations.
- Background in quick-service restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team member training and development.
- Ability to review financial information and drive profitability.
- Commitment to meeting critical customer standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
