Controller Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Experience
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred.
• Restaurant industry experience a plus
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and social skills
People Skills & Attributes
• Initiative-taker with efficient time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability and desire to collaborate with other teams.
• Maintain highest levels of decorum and confidentiality
