About the Role: Director of Operations
Objective: Lead the strategic and tactical operations in a designated US geography, focusing on continuous improvement in guest and employee experiences, food quality control, and operational innovation.
Essential Functions:
- Metrics Maven: Measure and report performance metrics for each store, crafting action plans for improvements.
- Quality Crusader: Oversee service and food quality adherence to company standards.
- Guidance Guru: Provide strategic and tactical guidance to Franchise Owners and develop store General Managers.
- Supervision Maestro: Coach and supervise field Business Advisors, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Trailblazing Traveler: Make field visits to stores, fostering positive relationships with employees and franchisees.

Position Type: Full-time commitment to steering our operations to new heights.
Travel: Approximately 50% travel during the year, including evenings and weekends for store openings, trainings, and visits. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule when not on the road.
Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of multi-unit management experience. Fast Casual and/or restaurant franchise operations experience preferred.
