Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately record transactions in the POS system
- Process customer transactions and handle cash and inventory control
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Open and/or close the shift according to procedure
- Respond and resolve customer’s requests and concerns
- Stock products quickly and productively
- Assist customers with their purchases working directly with the kitchen staff
- Provide quality product, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere for all customers
Work Experience/Skills/Education
- Cash handling experience
- Able to quickly learn and use a POS system
- Able to work in a fast paced environment independently
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess Food Handler's Permit prior to application
