Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
—Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
—Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service
—Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
—Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
—Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
—Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
—Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and consistent food quality —Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
Qualifications:
—Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
—Strong leadership and communication skills
—Excellent customer service skills
