Position Overview:
As the Responsible Principal Guard, you will play a crucial role in our organization, serving as the license holder and embodying the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary license holder for the security services provided, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security protocols and procedures, adapting them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of security guards, fostering a culture of professionalism, vigilance, and respect.
• Coordinate with management teams of both companies to assess security needs, design effective security strategies, and provide expert guidance on risk management.
• Conduct regular security audits and reviews to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters, liaising with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in security technology, and best practices to continuously enhance our security services.

Qualifications:

• Valid security license with a clean record, demonstrating your eligibility to serve as a Principal Guard.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the security industry, with a track record of managing teams and developing security strategies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to serve as an effective liaison between various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations and make sound decisions in emergency scenarios.
