We are looking for a data driven candidate with experience in Responsible Gaming in the Gambling Industry to join us as Responsible Gaming Program Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our development, oversite, and implementation of the Responsible Gaming procedures, processes and strategies. This position will act as the liaison between the Compliance and Operations teams to lead the management of all Responsible Gaming Programs and will provide the oversight and assurance that we are in compliance with all Responsible Gaming rules and regulations in each jurisdiction in which we operate. You will help promote awareness of Responsible Gaming and liaise where necessary to address and resolve any complaints or shortfalls. This position also works closely with the Customer Service, VIP, and Risk & Fraud teams to ensure necessary review and audit of player accounts. To be successful in this role, the Responsible Gaming Program Manager will manage an accurate, transparent, and concise Responsible Gaming Program that creates a responsible and safe experience for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders on all aspects of Responsible Gaming.
  • Perform pre and post testing of all Responsible Gaming tools for all mobile applications and websites to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams about key Responsible Gaming tools requiring enhancements or regulatory changes.
  • Own and maintain the online Responsible Gaming procedures (including self-exclusion) via Confluence, Atlassian, and all other necessary platforms.
  • Coordinate the certification and recertification process for company-wide Responsible Gaming accreditations.
  • Coordinate and manage all internal Responsible Gaming activities and staff training for corporate and customer service employees.
  • Assist with providing Responsible Gaming training to external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Assist leadership with the coordination and management of external Responsible Gaming Programs and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of policy and regulatory changes across all RSI jurisdictions to maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Work with various departments to remain cognizant of relevant quality assurance policies and procedures as they relate to Responsible Gaming.
  • Coordinate with all Responsible Gaming audit responses. Maintain and analyze data findings and/or exceptions and provide recommendations for process enhancements to existing systems.
  • Support the review and approvals process of all marketing materials ensuring jurisdictional requirements are met.
  • Coordinate responses to any RG related regulatory investigations and/or enforcement actions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, Marketing, VIP, and Risk & Fraud teams to ensure all customer communications for Responsible Gaming are following recommended guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of Responsible Gaming Program policies and procedures.
  • Escalate all necessary issues to the Chief Compliance Officer in a timely fashion.
  • Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.

All About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Responsible Gaming at an online casino and/or sportsbook or land-based casino.
  • Experience with Responsible Gaming markers of harm, preferred.
  • Flexible with availability for scheduling to include occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Experience with computers, browsers, mobile devices.
  • Experience in customer service and compliance preferred.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and very reliable.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience with gambling industry and industry terminology, standard promotions, and gameplay
