What’s the position?Our Responsible Gambling Associate is an integral part of our Operations team reporting to the Director of Customer Due Diligence. You will be responsible for:
- reviewing and assessing customer accounts based on internal alerts
- managing responsible gambling cases escalated from customer services
- completing inbound and outbound customer contacts relating to responsible gambling
- identify and act upon concerning activity or behaviour, completing responsible gambling risk assessments inline with policy and procedure
Through your previous and gained experience you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of responsible gambling processes, procedures and systems.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- excellent online customer service skills with a strong service mentality and first-rate attention to detail
- good investigation skills, sound judgement and the ability to review and interpret data and activity to make decisions
- the ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment
- previous experience in a customer verification, KYC or affordability / due diligence related role but this is not essential
- analytical skill set, with the ability to communicate and empathise
