Working in our Clearwater FL home office, this employee performs virtual equipment setups in a timely and professional manner. This is not a remote position. The RRT sits in an office and assists patients that are off-site.
- Generally responsible for the setup of CPAP units
- Provide technical assistance with equipment
- Provides patient education as an intricate part of the patient care activity according to the patient need and policy
- Represents the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and content of written reports
- Maintains patient records in complete and organized manner in compliance with accreditation standards
- Must respond on time
Education and Experience:
- Level 1 - Familiar with equipment and services provided in the home healthcare setting, or other experience in patient care
- Must have completed all training/education required to obtain requisite certification, registration, and/or license described below
- Must be a clinician authorized within his/her scope of practice (as established by applicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board) to provide all patient care services offered by Lincare from time to time
- Will be required to obtain additional State licensing for States assigned
- Must remain certified, registered, or licensed by the applicable state and/or national board governing his/her clinical practice or as otherwise permitted by law
- In all states, CRTs and RRTs are qualified for this position
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
