Respiratory Care Practitioner (Rcp) - *Prn*

• Position : Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Location : Lynwood, CA
• Job type : PRN/Per diem
• Shift Timings: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (night shift)
• Payrate : $39/hr

Job Summary :

Supervision:

• Directly under the direction and authorization of the medical director and cardiopulmonary director/manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician
• Emphasize assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of care, considering age and population-specific needs of the patient
• In the absence of a supervisor, may serve as Lead RCP
• Responsible for the section or department during their shift

Requirements :

• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• PALS , NRP certification from AHA
• 2 years’ experience as a RCP preferred.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
