```Duties``` - Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians - Perform airway management procedures, including intubation and extubation - Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation levels - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Provide respiratory therapy services in various settings, including hospitals and clinics - Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate respiratory therapy interventions - Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems - Educate patients and their families on Respiratory Care techniques and disease management ```Requirements``` - Valid certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner - Knowledge of medical terminology and respiratory therapy procedures - Experience working in an acute care setting is preferred - Ability to ventilate patients of all ages, including pediatrics - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
