The Westbrook School Department is seeking a full time Special Education Teacher for a Resource setting at the Middle School level. The position will require providing instruction for students in grades 5-6 with a range of academic and executive functioning needs within the Special Education and general education settings. The qualified candidates will be given: competitive salaries and benefits, three college courses paid each year (University of Maine rate), continued professional development, and opportunities for summer employment. The candidate will become part of our devoted, friendly, and collaborative Special Education team.
