Executive education programs for professionals at the Price School in Sacramento are designed for nonprofit and public executives, with a focus on best practices in individual, group, organizational, community, and institutional leadership. Executive education students learn new approaches to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, cultural humility, and change leadership. We have an opening for a Resource Employee. This is a part-time, fixed term position through 12/31/2019.
Job responsibilities include: management of the day-to-day operations for the California Institute of Behavioral Health Solutions Leadership Institute. This 4-month long executive education program is designed for senior leaders working in public behavioral health in California.
- Serve as liaison between USC and partner agency - California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS) - and meet regularly to discuss program development and program refinements
- Work with CIBHS project co-lead to develop agenda and curriculum for Leadership Institute to include presenter identification and contracting.
- Work with USC program specialist to ensure that training logistics for each module of the Leadership Institute are handled (i.e. materials production, room setup, AV support, ordering food and catering, purchasing training supplies, managing speaker/presenter logistics, etc.).
- Serve as primary contact person for program participants answering questions and providing information before, during, and after the 4-month program.
- Provide general programmatic support and guidance to new employees of the Sacramento based Executive Education team both in LA and Sacramento (assist with onboarding, learning USC systems, contracting procedures and processes, presenter contracts for LSMI and LA County program, etc.).
