RbA Installers work full-time with a work schedule of Mon-Fri with possible overtime.
Pay is hourly, plus bonus. Hourly range is $20-$40 and is based on experience.

Renewal by Andersen provides its installers with:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools
Basic skills needed:
- General construction experience, 1-2 years or more
- Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
- Previous window experience preferred, but not required
- Problem solving skills
- Great attitude
Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
- Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
