What Will I Do?
- Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
- Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions
Do I Have What it Takes?
- 2+ years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment is preferred, but not required
- 1-2+ years of residential service and/or install experience is preferred
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
- Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
- Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, including driving record, and drug screen
