**Residential Support Staff**

- Offering invaluable assistance to individuals with special needs in both residential and community-based settings
- Providing crucial support for daily activities, such as meal preparation, planning, and personal care
- Administering medications and ensuring health care needs are met
- Facilitating community involvement through accompanying individuals on outings or activities of their preference
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Possession of a valid PA Driver's license for daylight shifts
- Capability to obtain Act 33 and 34 Clearances
