Join Our Compassionate Team at SeaView's Recovery Center

At the SeaView Recovery Center, we're dedicated to providing holistic and patient-centered care to individuals on their journey to recovery. Nestled by the serene seaside, our facility offers a tranquil environment conducive to healing and growth. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Residential Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on substance use, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the integration of treatment plans and continuity of care.
  • Actively participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment interventions, progress notes, and other relevant client information.
  • Offer crisis intervention services as needed and contribute to the development of a safe and supportive community environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a substance use treatment or mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of the principles of recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $85,000, based on licensure and experience.
  • Staff Housing: SeaView can provide staff housing for individual staff members only which includes all utilities for a modest payroll deduction. No pets are allowed. Please inquire about availability within interview.
  • Clinical Licensure Supervision: Provided for free, a significant value for those working towards post-master's clinical licenses.
