Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our Real Estate Sales Division? As a Residential Sales Agent at Spradley Properties, you will be responsible for enhancing owner and tenant relations through offering opportunities for additional home sales and purchases. Key elements of this position are nurturing leads, finding and showing properties, and navigating the real estate sales process. ** Texas Real Estate License and real estate experience is required.
Your Goals:
Inbound Leads
- Swift response to leads
- Follow-up with clients
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments
- Educate sellers and buyers on current market trends, available inventory, and the cash flow of single and multi-family investment properties
- Navigate the sales process with the client through closing
Prospecting & Consultations
- Generate and nurture leads for buyers and listings
- Organize open houses and build seller & buyer relations
- Guide clients through the buying/ selling process
- Signify commitment through Buyer/Seller Representation Agreements
Minimum Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Texas
- Recent real estate sales closings as an agent
- Smartphone, computer, and vehicle
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
Compensation
Start-up Bonus
- $2,000 for the first month
- $1,500 for the second month
- $1,000 for the third month
The startup bonus payment is initiated to you one month from your start date and every month thereafter through the third month.
