Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Roofing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Residential Roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Residential Roofing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of Residential Roofing projects.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Team Management:

· Oversee sales team and monitor KPI’s to ensure everyone works together efficiently and jobs flow seamlessly.

· Oversee Service team to ensure KPI’s are being meet and that all accurate information is being collected to ensure the best job for the customer.

Client Interaction:

· Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and expectations.

· Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

· Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to clients and management.

Quality Assurance:

· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing projects meet industry standards and company specifications.

· Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to identify and address any issues promptly.

Budget Management:

· Work closely with the estimating team to develop accurate project budgets.

· Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Vendor and Material Management:

· Source and negotiate with suppliers for roofing materials and equipment.

· Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in Residential Roofing project management.

· In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

· Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

· Ability to inspire and motivate roofing teams to achieve project goals.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proven ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

· Critical thinking skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
