CRC is seeking Remodeling Contractors for 1099 position at an hourly wage. Looking for the right individuals who has a passion for this fast paced, detail-oriented industry and wants to grow with the company. Job includes all aspects of remodeling from working with Private Homeowners in full kitchen, bathroom renovations, building custom cabinets or furniture... to working with Real Estate Investors on time-crunching investment projects. Proven experience and skill sets are required. The right candidate must be punctual, assertive, driven, coachable and VERY detail-oriented. Reliable transportation and method of communication is required. Serious applicants only! Not a sales position.

Required skill sets:

• Building Skills: carpentry, tiling, paint, trim, etc. (All skills not required but must be willing to learn.)
• Excellent Time Management.
• Outstanding Communication.
• Eye for Design.
• Detail-Oriented.
• Follow a Project Plan

• Weekly

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
• Remodeling: 3 years (Required)
• Residential painting: 3 years (Required)
