```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks, including plumbing, roofing, painting, cabinet installation, and concrete forming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent skills in using hand tools and welding. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for restoring and remodeling spaces, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities:``` - Perform various remodeling tasks, including plumbing, roofing, painting, cabinet installation, and concrete forming - Repair and restore damaged structures or fixtures - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute remodeling projects - Ensure that all work is completed according to safety guidelines and building codes - Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Fabricate or weld materials as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Experience:``` - Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality and precision - Ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are a skilled Remodeler looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $72,305.00 per year
