Residential Rehab Laborer

Ray Corporation is a lead abatement/rehab contractor serving Southern and Central Maine. We specialize in lead removal, window and door replacement, decks, vinyl siding, metal wrapping, click flooring and painting. We have been in business 20+ years. We are family owned and operated. We are currently seeking a reliable full time Residential Rehab Laborer to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must. ( will be traveling to job sites about one hour from Lewiston in any direction on a regular basis).
- High school diploma or equivalent, have to be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in Residential Rehab, deck building, window replacement, hanging doors, siding and painting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Duties:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Other info: Lead abatement license is not necessary-will provide training. We do offer pay time off, travel time, mileage, bonus opportunities and some overtime. We currently do not offer health insurance or retirement planning but we are in the process of offering them within the next year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
