Property Management - Property Coordinator. Full time/Permanent. 9am-5pm. In person. Monday-Friday. Relevant Work/School Experience: college background preferred- customer service experience. The Property Coordinator works with the property management staff, accounting staff , legal staff and with others in their department to oversee and manage the day to day operations Work in a very busy property management office. Skills we need: commitment to customer satisfaction, phones, preparation and maintenance of tenant records and related paperwork. Attention to detail is critical. Experience with lease administration, Real Page experience a big plus. Candidate must have computer skills; analytical and problem solving skills; be able to multi task and meet deadlines.
