QI Specialist supports the safe and efficient operating of the Child Welfare and Close to Home Programs by providing a variety of QI tasks. Specialist will manage and analyze the program data to assist in meeting the regulatory needs; will also use data and results of site and record reviews to help improve the quality of services provided to the youth in program.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or 3+ years of experience social services/child welfare field, required. Strong computer skills with strengths in MS Office, OCFS applications, required. Strong inter-personal, multi-tasking and organizational skills, required. Experience in Residential Treatment with high-risk youth, required. Valid Driver’s license, required. Ability to physically walk extended distances and negotiate several levels stairs, required. Two (2) years QI/QA related experience preferred. Excellent grammar and writing skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, patience and flexibility in working with others. Strong ability to lead, develop and train others. Proficient in Spanish conversation and writing.
Salary: $55,000
