This is a long term position for someone who wants to go the distance and grow with us.

Must be able to work well as part of a team and be confident and comfortable working with homeowners. Please have a minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience. Residential field service, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
We offer a competitive base hourly wage and a killer performance pay plan with unlimited earning potential.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (occasional overtime required)
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 2 years plumbing experience is required
- Effective communicator - strong communication skills and ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms
- Diligent - hard worker who is motivated to produce exceptional work
- Detail-oriented - organized and precise for maintaining operations
- Positive - always optimistic with a can-do attitude
- Team-oriented - thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Conscientious - ensures safety is a top priority while always being careful

- Valid AL Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Passing Criminal Background Check
