Job Description
Dorm Supervision
· Ability to be physically active, indoors and outside; includes walking, running, standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs, carrying items up to 40lbs, etc.
· Supervise daily routines, light cleaning, basic cooking skills
· Teach students practical life skills
· Effectively lead group and supervise activities
· Prioritize multiple tasks and bring them to completion
· Fosters critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution among students
· Effective communication using computers, technology and reporting systems
· Willingness to learn new skills, follow directions, adapt to a variety of tasks, and a desire to grow in her profession
Qualifications
· BA/BS in a field related to behavioral health
· Or a BA/BS in a non-related field or ministry experience with the requirement of obtaining a behavioral health certification within one year of hire
· Experience working with adolescents in Christian discipleship
· Management and or leadership training
· CPR, First Aid, and Behavior Management Training
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
· Able to operate a passenger vehicle
