Position Summary:
Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska. We're looking for an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting. This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary supports are provided in order to fulfill ILC's promise: 'To support people in living a fulfilling life.'
Responsibilities:
Training, scheduling, and supervising direct support professionals
Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements
Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly
Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators
Producing a variety of reports
Ensuring state and federal regulations are met
Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor.

Requirements
Qualified applicants will:
B.A. or B.S in related Human Service field or two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR an combination of education and experience.
Have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
Be a minimum of 19 years of age
Be able to successfully complete and pass all background checks including: DMV, and Nebraska Adult and Child Protective Services Central Registry, criminal checks and references.
