Responsibilities:
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all varieties of plumbing fixtures
- Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, water heaters
- Clean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
- Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services
- Providing customers with quality options and closing calls
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Installation experience required
- Previous Residential Plumbing experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100k+ annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
