Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our Residential HVAC team! This position is for Licensed HVAC Journeyman Technicians who enjoy residential service.
Summary: The Residential HVAC Technician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday and Sunday. Will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will receive compensation for quantity of calls ran. We guarantee FULL-TIME work. HVAC Journeyman
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Complete assigned residential warranty calls for HVAC.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and assess needs.
• Provides advice on HVAC equipment condition and proposes solutions.
• Completes repairs for HVAC equipment.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
HVAC Journeyman Requirements:
• Must possess a Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have experience in residential HVAC service.
• 3 or more years' experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer service oriented.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
