We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to provide repairs and maintenance on residential air conditioning systems and furnaces.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the sequence of operation for heating equipment and refrigeration cycle.
• Repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings.
• Troubleshoots, diagnose, and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment air conditioning maintenance and furnace troubleshooting.
• Communicate well with all customers and provide recommendations.
• Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
• Have a commitment to high-level customer service.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years? experience in Residential HVAC Service
• EPA Certificate
• Applicants must have a current driver?s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background screen

Compensation:

$18.00 - $25.00 hourly depending on experience and knowledge.
