DAY TO DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER SUPERVISOR
You can expect to work 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
In this project management position, you play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our heating and air conditioning installation projects. A coordination master, you keep our work calendar organized and make sure all jobs are properly scheduled. When appropriate, you drive around to various job sites to check on the work and to make sure the client is happy with our services. You also seek out new talent to add to our installation team and provide them with the training they need to thrive in their new role. Our company wouldn't run the same without you, and you take pride in the valuable contributions you bring to the team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
