• Balance and Coordination: Whether perched on ladders or step stools, their balance and coordination guarantee safe and thorough cleaning in every nook and cranny.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning duties in various settings, including offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties
• Dust, sweep, vacuum and mop floors and surfaces to remove cobwebs and dirt
• Sanitize and disinfect kitchens and restrooms to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination
• Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste promptly/properly and replace liners
• Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces streak free
• Maintain cleanliness, and clear clutter of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and sitting areas
• Follow best practices, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines
• Use the mobile app to check in, chat, upload photos, and submit close-out reports.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Skills:

• - 2 years experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred
• - Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
• - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, color-coded microfiber cloths
• - Ability to launder and clean linens and towels
• - Knowledge of speed cleaning techniques including organization and efficiency
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients or residents

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per week
