We are searching for a highly skilled, very reliable residential and apartment House Cleaner who takes pride in their work. This employee is going to be responsible for cleaning occupied residential homes, Air BnB home rentals and apartment complex units.

We are a small, but growing local company in Bentonville, AR. We focus on building relationships with our clients. You will have regular clients and build relationships with them, instead of our clients having someone new each time to clean their homes. So punctuation and time management is a must!

Your responsibilities will include sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. You should also be proficient in making beds, tidying common areas and folding laundry.

To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great stamina, punctuation, time management skills, positive attitude, and dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display strength, efficiency, punctuation, and respect for the home and its inhabitants.

All employees keep their tips and are paid weekly. You will be provided all equipment and supplies.

House Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, Baseboards, and counters.
• Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
• Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
• Making beds and fluffing pillows.
• Folding clean laundry.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
• Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.
• 30+ hours - up to 40 hours
• Occasional weekends as needed Majority of Saturday and Sundays off
• Will need to work on a 3 step ladder

House Cleaner Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have own transportation & valid vehicle insurance
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work individually with no supervision or instruction.
• Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
• Polite disposition.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with clients.
• Time Management Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
