Summary of Job Duties:
  • Residential Counselor, live in dorm with high school students grades 10-12
  • Monitor student behavior
  • Accompany students to classes and around campus
  • Follow rules established by UAPB Upward Bound and the Handbook
  • Live with and Mentor students during the Upward Bound Program (June-July)
  • Accountability for students assigned to your care
  • Ensure students are in class, at work-study and P.E.
  • Report to the Director

Qualifications:
  • Rising JR or SR at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (90 Credits)
  • Cum. G PA 2.5 or higher
  • Live in dorm with students
