Responsibilities:

Lead the estimation process for various Residential Construction projects.

Perform accurate material take-offs for each project with attention to detail.

Evaluate trades and suppliers, effectively managing our trade/vendor database.

Develop and maintain our Residential Construction portfolio, including models and options catalog.

Update cost and retail pricing for all residential projects.

Compile comprehensive Job Start Packages for construction teams.

Develop strategies for cost reduction and manage direct cost variances.

Generate essential management reports.

Provide leadership and guidance within the department.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential Construction.

Professional demeanor, emotional intelligence, and a polished appearance.

Team-oriented, with a commitment to excellence for clients, colleagues, and the company.

Proficient in negotiation and capable of safeguarding company interests.

In-depth knowledge of the residential building process.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Proficient in construction documentation and estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam).

Fluent in standard Office technology/software, willing to embrace industry-specific technology.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Strong analytical, logical, and research abilities.

Enthusiasm for working on diverse projects and with varied teams.

Salary & Benefits:

Full-time position.

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
