Residential Cleaning Contractor

Job Description:
Our company is a growing Residential Cleaning business looking for experienced and reliable Cleaning Contractors to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in the Oakland County area.

Responsibilities:

Provide cleaning services to residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Maintain a polite and upbeat attitude, and MUST be RELIABLE and hardworking.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Cleaning.
Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must have business liability insurance.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance. The company will provide you with a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes.As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently. Pay: $100.00 - $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 – 50 per week
